I play in a german oompa band and one of our clarinetist had a Desca Stand. I Liked it and asked for one for Christmas. I love it! It is so much more convenient than the ungainly stands I dragged around all my life. It’s fold up design is a marvel to behold. And it is as sturdy as a full sized stand. Five Stars!

So much easier than my previous stand to set up and the "desk" holds my psaltery bow, rosin and extra picks for my autoharp, pencils, etc. Very handy. Easy to store and transport.

I play in a big band and wanted a music stand that was easier to transport than my regular stand, but was concerned that I would not find one that was also sturdy enough to hold my 2 inch binder of music. The Desca Presto is it! I have had it only a few weeks, but have used it on two gigs, and it does the job perfectly. Other players in the band are eyeing it with envy, especially when they see the easy assembly and unique engineering. They will probably be ordering soon.

This is the best ever portable music stand, obviously designed by and for musicians. It all folds up into its own pencil tray (It has a pencil tray!!). Traditional stands I've used for outdoor gigs fall over easily, but the Desca stand is sturdy and extremely stable - and the carry handle makes it really convenient. Love it.

We love our new Desca stands!. My wife plays clarinet in a local arts collaborative and had the same stand since high school. This was a very welcomed upgrade! It's really light and machined well- the pieces fit together smoothly and positively. We looked at the instructions once to set up and now it's intuitive- set up is easy and fast. It just works. I got one as well so we can play together and having never owned a music stand, I can't imagine a better or simpler portable stand. We also got 2 of the music folios and we love them as well!! Highly recommended!

I'm very pleased with my new music stand! (as are all my colleagues!) I love the compactness - it fits inside my drum set trap case, so I actually now have fewer things to carry. The only down side is, since I play percussion, I often need the stand up pretty high, and it gets a little wobbly when extended so much. But this is a minor problem. WISHLIST - I play in a jazz big band. Some of our charts are three or even four pages long - too long for the stand. I wish there were extensions available for the stand desk like you can get for Manhasset stands. I'll bet you folks can come up with something! Thanks for the wonderful product - I love it!

Love the stand. It is SO much easier to carry to a gig. Downside is that it's a little wobbly when it's extended more than 1/2 way up. Somehow, the legs need to be just a little longer. As they are now, their length is limited by the amount of space inside the storage compartment, but surely if we can send a man to the moon, there can be a way for the legs to be extendable once it's assembled. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Would I buy this stand again? Absolutely yes.

Like the stand better than others I have tried. Only problem is that the desk does not have a tightening screw and so have to "balance" my book or large tablet on it. Plenty of space for it, just to keep from having glare on page can be a bit tricky.
